Meet the Team

Drew Doheny is a full time Realtor who services the entire Coastal Georgia area, which is made up of Savannah, Pooler, Tybee, Richmond Hill and many other outlying areas. He has lived in Richmond Hill for the last 14 years and loves the Coastal living feel of this area. Drew has helped thousands of families with their housing needs. As a military veteran, the military community is very near and dear to his heart and he loves to work with soldiers who are PCSing to and from the area as understanding the time constraints they are under is pertinent to his success in helping their transition. Coming from a hotel management background, Drew strives to treat all his customers like they are guests. He takes a lot of pride in what he does. Follow up and customer service are extremely important. In his free time, Drew likes to be anywhere that is warm and tropical. He loves to scuba dive, snorkel and travel. He spends a lot of time with friends and family enjoying the warm Coastal Georgia weather that we are blessed to have most year round. The charities he’s involved with are the Humane Society and St Judes Children’s Hospital.

Denise is the glue that holds us all together. Denise manages the daily tasks of the office and makes sure that it runs like a fine oiled machine. Her 17 years experience in the Real Estate industry offers us a vast array of experience that is tremendously valued and she is often referred to as “Boss Lady.” As a 41 year resident of Richmond Hill, GA there isn’t much that she doesn’t know about the area which offers us a lot of insight. Denise has been a member of Drew’s staff from day 1, when he started his property management company 14 years ago when Drew’s dining room table was his “office”. Together they have built his company into the sought after establishment that it is. Denise loves spending time with her family and two adorable grandbabies.

Jen has been with Drew’s team for the last 7 years and loves both the property management and real estate aspects of her job. She loves meeting new people and introducing them to the beautiful area she calls “home.” After PCSing to the area in 2012, her and her husband purchased their second home here in Richmond Hill with the help of Drew. Jen and Drew quickly formed a working relationship as he saw the benefit of having a military spouse on his team to help other military families transition the demands of moving to and from the area. Jen has supported her husband of 12 years through his career within the Special Operations Community and loves to help other military families embrace their call to serve. Prior to becoming a member of Drew’s Dream Team, Jen worked for the DOD at Fort Bragg in the Mobilization and Deployment Program of ACS. In her free time, she loves to travel, listen to music and spend time with family and friends.

Joni has been a Rental Coordinator on Drew’s Team for 4 years. She was a Realtor in Southern California until 2007, when her and her husband decide their family needed a change. Joni’s insight of Real Estate has been a great asset to our team. Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Joni and her husband knew they wanted to be in the Coastal area of Georgia and Richmond Hill was the perfect fit. Joni enjoys boating on the coastal rivers with her family & spending time on the barrier islands. She has been married over 20 Years and has 2 Beautiful Children.

Becky moved to Richmond Hill from Warner Robins, GA about 4 years ago due to her husbands job transfer. She had worked for Drew’s Team for over 3 years as the Maintenance Coordinator. Prior to this she worked in the insurance industry for 16 years. Becky has 3 kids which keep her busy. She also enjoys shopping, traveling & spending time with her family.
